To request use of the building for a private event, please complete this form. All fees and deposits (when applicable) are outlined in the Vineyard Church of Davenport Facility Rental Policy (July 2017). After submitting your request, a staff member will review it and contact you regarding availability and next steps. If approved, additional information may be required before your reservation is confirmed. Please complete all required fields as accurately as possible. Submission of this form does not guarantee approval or reservation of the requested space.
