Create a warm and welcoming environment while keeping our café running smoothly.

Barista
Bring your energy and espresso skills to the team!

• 1st Service: Arrive by 8:45 AM

• 2nd Service: Arrive by 10:30 AM

• Prepare espresso, toddy, and specialty drinks

• Keep the espresso bar stocked and clean

• Notify the coordinator of any low supplies or maintenance needs

Window Team
Be the friendly face at the café window!

• 1st Service: Arrive by 8:45 AM

• 2nd Service: Arrive by 10:30 AM

• Serve snacks and cold drinks

• Help the barista with orders (Italian sodas, toddy, etc.)

• Assist with other tasks as needed:

  • Fill out inventory sheet and opening/closing checklist

  • Help count and log cash

  • Carry the cash bag with your teammate to the office safe

Floater
Help where it’s needed most and keep the space inviting!

• 1st Service: Arrive by 9:00 AM

• 2nd Service: Arrive by 10:45 AM

• Support the team wherever needed

• Tidy and restock the café, kitchen, and coffee areas

• Greet guests and keep the space welcoming

• Complete the inventory sheet
