About our Group

Hi! Welcome to the Turnbull Small Group page.  Our group is currently made up of people in thier mid 20's to early 30's. Some of us are single and some of us are married. Some of us have kids (age 0 to 9) and some of us don't have kids. A few of are still taking college classes and most of us are not. Some of us are super quiet and some of us talk a lot. We all like to hang out together doing activities like: board games, camping, cards (including poker), hiking, knitting, rappelling, eating, hunting, and whatever else we can come up with at the spur of the moment.

We currently meet on Tuesdays at 6:30PM.

About Kyle and Amy Turnbull

Kyle, age 30, is a property manager.  Amy, age 28, is a musician/student/adjunct college teacher and manager of Kyle and Kyle's property.  We were married in July of 2002 in Jamaica with our feet in the water.  We don't have kids yet, but we would like to in the future.

I am shy, how will I fit in?

You will be fine.  You do not have to talk if you do not want to, we will not make you.  Amy came to small group for an entire year before she said even one word.

 

I am loud and cannot be quiet, how will I fit in?

You will fit in fine.  You will notice right away that several group members have the same gift.

 

I am younger than the people in the group, how will I fit in?

Hey, as long as you like hanging out with the older crowd, come on in.  We are an energetic group, so keep up with us if you can.

 

I am older than the people in the group, how will I fit in?

As long as you like hanging out with the younger crowd, come on in. We could use some wisdom around here.

 

I have 15 kids, do you have room for them?

 Of course we do, bring them along.

 

I like to eat strawberry custard with molasis on top while wearing red clown shoes, is that acceptable to your group?
